California (October 12, 2019) – A woman was seriously injured after being
struck by a car in Cerrito on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened
in the 6000 block of El Cajon Boulevard at about 6:45 a.m. October 11.
The 61-year-old woman was crossing the street when he was
hit by a westbound Toyota Corolla.
The authorities said the woman was seriously injured and was transported to a medical center for treatment.
No further information was provided.
An investigation into the pedestrian accident is ongoing.
