California (December 30, 2019) – A woman died after being hit by a car in
Sacramento on Sunday night.
According to a local news source, the accident happened in the area of East Railroad Avenue and Napa Avenue at about 7:35 p.m. December 29.
The Sacramento Police Department said a woman was
walking in the area and was hit by a Union Pacific train.
The woman was killed in the accident.
The identity of the woman was not immediately disclosed.
No other information was provided.
Union Pacific Railroad Police are investigating
the cause of the accident.
