San Rafael, California (October 1, 2019) – Six people sustained serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision in San Rafael on Monday afternoon.

According to a report by the authorities, the accident occurred at about 4:38 p.m. September 30, on Highway 101 near Freitas Parkway on-ramp.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Six people reportedly suffered severe injuries following in crash and were rushed to nearby hospitals by ground ambulances.

The names of the patients were not immediately disclosed.

The collision blocked two lanes of Highway 101.
