San Bernardino, California (December 23, 2019) – 56-year-old Rosita Mendoza Lizarde of San Bernardino was identified as the pedestrian who was hit and killed by a car in San Bernardino on Sunday evening.
According to a local news source, the fatal accident happened at the intersection of Arrowhead Avenue and 8th Street at about 7:11 p.m. December 22.
According to a report by the San Bernardino County Sheriff
Coroner’s Division, Lizarde died at the scene after
being hit by a car.
Information about the motorist was not immediately available.
The San Bernardino Police Department is investigating the
cause of the accident.
