(February 6, 2020) – One person sustained serious injuries in a collision
involving two big rigs on I-5 in Lodi on Thursday afternoon.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the
accident happened shortly before noon in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5
just north of Peltier Road.
Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, the impact caused one of the trucks to spill its load of building materials on the roadway.
