Fallbrook, California (January 15, 2020) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision that happened on Wednesday morning in Fallbrook.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at about 6:53 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 Freeway.

A motorcycle and several vehicles, including a Ford F-150 pickup truck, a black Toyota 4Runner, a white Chevrolet Cruz, a black Honda Fit, a Ford Fusion, and a Nissan Altima were involved in the accident. However, the manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately established.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and attended to the victims.

As per the CHP report, the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

No further information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
