California (October 9, 2019) – A 61-year-old motorist has been arrested in
connection with a fatal hit-and-run car accident that killed a 5-year-old girl
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident
happened at about 9 p.m. October 8, in the area of Avenue and 165th Street.

The sedan driver and at least one other passenger sustained
moderate injuries in the collision.
Kokoteev sustained major injuries and was hospitalized
before being arrested on suspicion of DUI.
