Los Angeles, California (October 16, 2019) – A child died after being struck by a car in Koreatown, Los Angeles, on Wednesday morning.

According to a local news source, the fatal pedestrian accident happened at about 8 a.m. at Olympic Boulevard and Normandie Avenue.

As per the report, a 4-year-old girl was walking to school while accompanied by her mom when she was struck by a car.

The paramedics responded to the incident and performed CPR to the unidentified girl before she was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Sadly, the girl succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.

 The driver of the involved car remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
