California (January 22, 2020) – 42-year-old Brooke Smith was killed in a car accident
that occurred in Oakland early Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal car accident
happened at Grand Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard at about 1 a.m. January 19.
Brooke Smith was driving her 2002 Subaru Outback eastbound on MacArthur Boulevard when her car was hit by a 2014 Audi A4 that was traveling southbound on Grand Avenue.

to her injuries.
The driver of the Audi
fled the scene and is yet to be located.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
