Linden, California (January 25, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a collision involving a big rig that happened on Friday afternoon in Linden, San Joaquin County.

The California Highway Patrol said a big rig and a car collided head-on on Highway 26 near Jack Tone Road at about 2:26 p.m. January 24.

The events preceding the collision were not immediately established.

As per the CHP report, at least one person was killed in the collision.

Their identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.

No further details about the accident were provided.

The police are investigating the cause of the collision.
