Los Angeles, California (February 13, 2020) – 50-year-old Tatiana Leytman was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Tuesday morning in East Hollywood.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Leytman was walking across the intersection of Fountain Avenue at Lyman Place about 9:05 a.m. February 11, when she was hit by a minivan.
Los Angeles Police Department officers who responded to the incident said the woman was headed to a grocery store when she was hit by a car.
Leytman sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
The vehicle, described as a 2005 to 2010 Chevrolet Uplander, did not stop at the scene and is yet to be located.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
