Palmdale Man Killed in Littlerock Pedestrian Accident on Avenue T near 94th Street

Littlerock, California (February 14, 2020) – A 59-year-old man died after being hit by a car on Thursday morning in Littlerock, Los Angeles.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Avenue T near 94th Street East at about 1:40 a.m. February 13.

The Palmdale man was walking in the area when he was hit by a 2014 Chevrolet that was traveling eastbound on Avenue T.

The impact of the collision sent the pedestrian through the windshield of the Chevrolet.

The unidentified man was treated at the scene by officials from the American Medical Response.

Sadly, the man succumbed to his injuries. His identity was withheld pending notification of his next of kin.

The driver of the Chevrolet, identified only as Shilo Schopp, sustained minor cuts and was taken to Palmdale Regional Medical Center for treatment.

No additional information was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
