Rider Killed in Oakdale Accident on Valley Home Road near Lambuth Avenue

Oakdale, California – A motorcyclist was killed in an Oakdale crash that occurred on Valley Home Road north of Lambuth Avenue on Saturday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At around 8:40 p.m. March 27, a 26-year-old Oakdale man was riding a 2003 Honda southbound on Valley Home Road when he crashed into the rear of a 2017 Ford passenger van with eight occupants.

The impact ejected the rider from the motorcycle, then he was hit by a northbound 2008 Acura sedan driven by Nicolas T. Ramirez III, 28.

The Honda was then struck by a  southbound 2012 Ford pickup driven by Travis W. McRae, 33. McRae then lost control and went off the side of the road, where the pickup hit a wooden pole.

The motorcycle caught fire following the crash.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. His name was not immediately released.

All other involved parties were not injured in the incident.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Arin Khodaverdian, CEO and Managing Attorney of Alpine Law Group, urges accidents victims and their families to immediately seek legal assistance. “Those who are affected by tragedy have rights, but they must act quickly in order to preserve those rights. Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
