Caley Bringmann Killed in Lodi Crash on Interstate 5

San Joaquin, California – Caley Bringmann, 21 of Anchorage, Alaska was among three people who died in a collision with a California Highway Patrol patrol vehicle early Tuesday morning in Lodi, according to the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.

At around 2:30 a.m. March 23, two CHP officers were in a patrol vehicle parked on the shoulder of Interstate 5 Freeway when a southbound 2021 Subaru SUV swerved to the side and crashed into the patrol vehicle.

The officers had reportedly stopped to assist a driver whose tractor trailer had stalled.

The impact caused the SUV to lose control and it slammed into a tree, before bursting into flames.

Bringmann was among the three occupants of the SUV who were pronounced deceased at the scene. The other two occupants were identified as Oscar Frayer, 23, and his sister Andrea Moore, 28.

The patrol vehicle was pushed off the road towards nearby trees, and two officers were seriously injured. They were both flown to an area hospital for treatment.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
