Oscar Frayer, Andrea Moore Killed in Lodi Car Accident on Interstate 5

San Joaquin, California – A Grand Canyon basketball player and his sister were among three people killed in a crash that injured two California Highway Patrol officers in San Joaquin County early Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.

As per the report, the officers were sitting in a patrol vehicle on the shoulder of the Interstate 5 Freeway when a passing vehicle slammed into the back of their car.

The impact caused the passing car to lose control and it slammed into a tree, before bursting into flames.

The incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. March 23.

Oscar Frayer, 23, and his sister Andrea Moore, 28, were among three people in the car who were pronounced dead at the scene.

The CHP vehicle was pushed off the road toward nearby trees, and two officers were severely injured.

The officers were flown to an area hospital for treatment.

Frayer was a four-year starter at Grand Canyon and was set to graduate in April. He was in the Lopes team and helped them win their first Western Conference Athletic Tournament trophy.

The crash is under investigation.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
