Marc Anthony George III Killed in Linda Vista Crash on Genesee Avenue

Linda Vista, California – Marc Anthony George III, 17, has been identified as the teen who was killed in a Linda Vista accident on Genesee Avenue on Friday night, according to the authorities.

Shortly before 11 p.m. March 19, a 2010 Toyota Camry traveling west on Genesee Avenue reportedly tried to pass a 2008 Nissan Altima but ended up sideswiping it.

The Camry then collided head-on with an oncoming 2020 Mazda driven by Haley Kaede Takama, 21.

Authorities said George, who was the driver of the Toyota, was pronounced deceased at a hospital. Two of his passengers were hospitalized with serious injuries.

Takama and her two passengers sustained life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital, where Takama died of her injuries.

Three occupants of the Nissan complained of pain.

The occupants of the Toyota and the Nissan had to be extricated by firefighters.

Authorities said street racing appeared to have played a role in the accident.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
