Garden Grove, California – 39-year-old Michael Clugston of Anaheim, was one of three people killed in an early Friday morning tragic accident at Euclid Street and Orangewood Avenue, according to the authorities.

Investigators said Clugston’s car was struck by a speeding truck in the area of Euclid Street and Orangewood.

At about 2:15 a.m. March 12, officers from the Garden Grove Police Department saw a Dodge Ram truck traveling at a high rate of speed through a parking lot near Chapman Avenue and Harbor Boulevard.

The officers turned their lights and sirens on and started to chase the truck. Shortly after, the truck crashed into a car at the Euclid Street and Orangewood Avenue intersection.

The force of the accident pushed the truck into a wall and it slammed through it. The truck hit and sheared a water hydrant, then overturned into a pool at the home.

The two occupants of the truck, Sal Fernandez, 34, and Joseph Mendoza, 28, were both pronounced dead at the site of the accident.

Clugston was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

The authorities are investigating the incident.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
