Madera, California – At least one person was taken to a hospital following a Madera hit-and-run crash in the area near Road 26 and Ave 17 1/2 late Thursday night, according to authorities.

Shortly after 11:00 p.m. January 21, the CHP were notified of a traffic collision involving a hit-and-run motorist. The driver of a black Nissan reportedly pulled out into the path of a motorcyclist on Road 26 southbound and struck the rider.

The driver of the Nissan fled the scene and soon after, he collided with a parked car along Owens Street in Madera.

Authorities searched for the Nissan and spotted it at Love’s truck stop located along Highway 99.  The driver of the Nissan fled from the authorities and collided with a deputy’s vehicle at Road 27 and Avenue 17.

The deputy was uninjured but the motorcyclist from the initial collision was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

The suspect, Alexis Aguilar Zarate, 24, was taken to hospital for check up and was arrested on charges including hit-and-run.

The incident is under investigation.

Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
