Huntington Beach, California – The Orange County Coroner’s Office has identified Mitchell Tyler Wade, 19, of Newport Beach as one of the drivers who was killed in a traffic crash in Huntington Beach on Tuesday evening.

According to the CHP, Eric Kinser, 35, of Sunset Beach was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck northbound on Pacific Highway when, for unknown reasons, he drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 1999 Toyota Solara and a 2012 Lexus RX350.

The accident happened at about 6:45 p.m. January 19, at Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue.

Wade, who was driving the Solara, was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the Lexus, Cindi Darrelyn Zerovs, 71, of Huntington Beach, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A passenger in the Lexus, a 45-year-old woman, was transported to OC Global Medical Center in Santa Ana with moderate injuries.

The authorities arrested Kinser on suspicion of DUI. Kinser was also taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

The collision is under investigation.

Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
