Cindi Zerovs Among 2 Killed in Huntington Beach DUI Accident at Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue

Huntington Beach, California – Cindi Darrelyn Zerovs, 71, of Huntington Beach was one of two people killed in a suspected DUI accident on Tuesday evening at Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue, according to the Orange County Coroner’s Office.

At about 6:45 p.m., Eric Kinser, 35, of Sunset Beach was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck northbound on Pacific Highway when, for unknown reasons, he drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a 1999 Toyota Solara and a 2012 Lexus RX350.

Zerovs was the driver of the Lexus and died at the site of the crash. A passenger in her vehicle, a 45-year-old woman, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to OC Global Medical Center in Santa Ana.

The driver of the Toyota, Mitchell Tyler Wade, 19, of Newport Beach, was rushed to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange with critical injuries, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

Kinser was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries and was also arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
