Santa Rosa, California – Alondra Bandt Valero, 21, of Sonoma was one of two women killed in a Santa Rosa crash on Highway 12, just west of Oakmont Drive on Monday morning, according to the Sonoma County Coroner’s Office.

At around 8:19 a.m. January 3, CHP received a report of a two-vehicle accident in the eastbound side of Highway 12.

Investigators said Valero was driving a black Nissan Sentra westbound on the highway when, for unknown reasons, she lost control and swerved into the other lane.

The Nissan collided with a westbound white Chevrolet truck, driven by Michael Williams, 60, of Santa Rosa.

Valero and her mother, Tomasa Valero Vargas, 44, of Sonoma, were extricated from the wreckage by the firefighters.

The two were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Williams was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.

The CHP is investigating the accident.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
