Vail Lake, California – Two people were killed, and three others injured in a Vail Lake traffic crash that happened Thursday afternoon on Highway 79.

According to the California Highway Patrol, at around 2:30 p.m., a collision involving an SUV, a sedan, and another vehicle was reported near Dugan Drive.

The sedan and the SUV collided in the southbound lanes of the highway, causing both vehicles to overturn, with the sedan rolling into a roadside ditch, CHP said.

The SUV then continued and collided with another car on the highway.

Two men, a 62-year-old man from Aguanga and a 56-year-old man from Anza, were killed in the crash.

The sedan driver was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center with severe injuries.

Two other victims were transported to Temecula Valley Hospital with moderate injuries.

The CHP was forced to close the highway in both directions as they investigated the incident, but all lanes were open as of 6:40 p.m.

No other details about the accident were provided.

The accident remains under investigation.

Swift action by an intelligent and experienced attorney is imperative in order to preserve evidence, interview witnesses and immediately begin pursuing any and all responsible parties.”

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
