Palm Springs, California – David Foxworth, 56, of Banning has been identified as the victim who died in a Palm Springs car crash that left five other people injured on Wednesday afternoon, according to a local news source.

The accident on Interstate 10 near Haugen Lehmann Way happened at around 5 p.m. on December 2.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Foxworth was driving a Chevrolet Suburban eastbound on I-10 when one of the rear tires became flat. This caused the vehicle to spin and and it slid across the four traffic lanes.

The Suburban crashed through a perimeter fence then overturned onto Railroad Avenue.

All six occupants, a family from Banning, were trapped in the Suburban and were helped out by emergency crews.

Foxworth died in the crash. His wife, a 37-year-old, and children aged 7, 11, 15 and 20, were all taken to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

Alcohol and drugs were not believed to have played a role in the crash.

The CHP is investigating the accident.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
