Brittnie Lahue Dies in Corning Collision on Interstate 5

Corning, California – Brittnie Lahue, 33, of Redding was killed in a Corning car accident on Monday, November 2, according to the authorities.

At around 6 a.m., Lahue was driving a 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser northbound on the I-5 freeway when she drifted to the left for unknown reasons.

The vehicle traveled across the center divide and ended up in the southbound lanes.

The Toyota was hit by a southbound big rig driven by Daniel Joosten, 50, of Erie, Colo.

Both vehicles were pushed off the west side of the freeway and the Toyota caught fire. The fire spread into the vegetation and reached the big rig.

Firefighters rushed to the scene and extinguished the flames.

Lahue died following the accident.

No further details were released.

The crash is under investigation.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
