Santa Rosa, California – Two girls were injured in a Santa Rosa accident that occurred at a sideshow taking place at the parking lot of Santa Rosa Marketplace late Friday night, according to authorities.

Police arrested Sergio Eduardo Vargas, 21, of Santa Rosa following the accident that took place at around 11:15 p.m. September 25.

According to authorities, Vargas was driving a white Ford Mustang spinning “doughnuts” at the sideshow when it struck two girls under the age of 18.

After the accident, Vargas tried to flee the lot but was arrested and booked on suspicion of reckless driving, hit-and-run, and having an outstanding warrant.

One of the girls sustained minor injuries while the second was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Two other motorists were arrested following the incident. 40-year-old Seth Ostram was booked on suspicion of reckless driving, child endangerment and probation violation.

The other diver, a 21-year-old Santa Rosa man, was cited for alleged reckless driving.

The incident is under investigation.

“Usually, clients hire me immediately after their first consultation because they quickly figure out that I will treat them like family. I lift a weight off their shoulders immediately. That is my job. We simply leave no stone unturned – period. We go after everyone and everything. There is no other way to ensure justice,” Mr. Khodaverdian states.

While Mr. Khodaverdian does not represent any of the parties involved in this incident, he has recovered over $100 million for thousands of injury victims and their families. “In one case, we were able to recover a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim killed by a negligent driver. We have numerous other 6-figure settlements within 30 days. While these results are atypical and do not predict future outcomes, justice in these cases helped bring about closure and a swift sense of justice for the families.”
