50-Year-Old Woman Seriously Injured in Concord Pedestrian Crash on Clayton Road

Concord, California – A woman was hospitalized with major injuries after being involved in  a Concord pedestrian crash on Clayton Road Friday night.

According to police, the woman was hit by a vehicle traveling west on Clayton Road at around 8:15 September 9.

The victim, a 50-year-old woman, was transported to John Muir Walnut Creek with major injuries.

The driver, a 53-year-old woman, stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
