61-Year-Old Eric Clemons Dies in Palo Alto Accident on University Avenue and Adams Drive

Palo Alto, California – A man identified by the authorities as Eric Clemons Killed, 61, of Menlo Park was the victim of a deadly Palo Alto bicycle collision with a vehicle early Friday morning.

According to Palo Alto police, the crash occurred when Clemons was riding his bike in the area and was hit by a vehicle traveling westbound on University Avenue.

The accident occurred at around 4:30 a.m. August 14, at the intersection of University Avenue and Adams Drive.

Clemons was pronounced deceased at the site of the accident.

The involved motorist was identified as a man aged 31. He stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
