Man Killed in Sacramento Pedestrian Crash at Northgate Boulevard and El Camino Avenue
Sacramento, California – Police are conducting an investigation into an incident where a pedestrian was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver at Northgate Boulevard and El Camino Avenue in Sacramento Sunday afternoon.
A man died following the crash that occurred at about 2:41 p.m. July 13.
Sacramento police said a man was hit by a vehicle in the area. The driver failed to stop and wait for the police to arrive.
The victim died at the site of the accident.
El Camino near Northgate Boulevard was closed down for some time as officials worked at the scene.
Sacramento police are handling the investigation.
