Rancho Cucamonga, California – The authorities have disclosed the name of the man who was injured in a fatal car accident early Sunday morning in Rancho Cucamonga.
The accident occurred at around 3:18 a.m. June 7, at the intersection of Haven Avenue and Base Line Road.
35-year-old Shea Pinney was driving a 1996 Lexus northbound on Haven Avenue when he collided with a 2016 Kia that was traveling westbound on Base Line Road.
The Kia caught fire after the collision.
The male driver of the Kia was killed in the crash. His name was not disclosed pending notification of next of kin.
Pinney suffered unspecified injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
