San Jose, California – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in San Jose on Tuesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Monterey Road at Valleyhaven Way at about 6:30 p.m. March 3.
As per the report, a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle was traveling northbound on Monterey Road when it was struck by a southbound 2015 Jeep that was making a left turn at the intersection.
The male motorcyclist was killed in the accident.
The Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of his next of kin.
The female driver of the Jeep and a juvenile passenger were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
No additional information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
