Police Searching for Man Suspected of Killing 3 People in Perris Cemetery in California

Police in California have launched a manhunt for a 33-year-old man who is believed to have murdered three people at a cemetery in Perris.

Jose Luis Torres Garcia is suspected of killing Jaime Covarrubias Espindola, 50, Jose Maria Aguilar-Espejel, 38, and Rodrigo Aguilar-Espejel, 28. The victim’s bodies were found Monday at Perris Valley Cemetery in Perris.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, the victims and the suspect knew each other, and it appears all four drove to the cemetery together.

According to authorities, Garcia is believed to have committed the crime alone and should be considered “armed and extremely dangerous.” However, it remained unknown how the victims were killed.

Investigators used surveillance video from across the city to narrow down to Garcia.

A felony warrant has been issued for Garcia’s arrest.
