Carmen Castillo Hit and Killed by Car at Sixth Street and Crawford Street in Corona


Corona, California (February 16, 2020) – 35-year-old Carmen Castillo died after being hit by a car in Corona, Riverside County, on Saturday morning.

The Corona Police Department said Mr. Castillo was walking across Sixth Street at Crawford Street at about 12:25 a.m. February 15, when he was hit by a car.

According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian pronounced dead at the scene.

The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

No additional information was provided.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
