South Los Angeles, California (February 14, 2020) – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident that happened on Thursday night in South Los Angeles.

The fatal accident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. February 13, at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and 29th Street.

As per a local news report, the pedestrian was walking in at or near the intersection when he was hit for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

The name of the victim was not immediately disclosed.

The intersection was temporarily closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
