San Luis Obispo, California (February 12, 2020) – The San Luis Obispo Police Department has identified a man who
was killed in a pedestrian accident on Tuesday night.
The victim was identified as 52-year-old
The accident happened in the 200 block of Tank
Farm Road at around 10:25 p.m. February 11.
As per a California Highway Patrol report, Hamlin was struck by a vehicle driven by a 76-year-old man in unclear circumstances.
Sadly, Mr. Hamlin succumbed to his injuries at
the scene of the accident.
Police tested the driver if he was driving
under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but the results turned out negative.
No additional information about the accident
The pedestrian accident remains under investigation.
