Injuries Reported in 2-Car Accident on Highway 108 near West Stockton Street.


Sonora, California (February 12, 2020) – Minor injuries were reported in a two-car accident that happened in Sonora on Tuesday evening.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 108 near West Stockton Street at about 4:20 p.m.

The CHP said a Jeep and a Land Rover collided in the westbound lanes of Highway 108 near the turn lane heading onto West Stockton Street.

The authorities said the collision resulted in minor injuries. An ambulance was called to the scene of the accident.

A section of Highway 101 was blocked and a tow truck was called to the scene.

No additional information was provided.
