Bakersfield, California (February
12, 2020) – Kenneth Johnson was
arrested on suspicion of DUI after a multi-vehicle collision that sent two
people to the hospital on Tuesday night in southeast Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department said Kenneth Johnson was driving a truck when he crashed into a white Chevrolet Camaro at the intersection of Union Avenue and Brundage Lane at about 7 p.m.
The impact of the collision caused the Camaro to strike a third vehicle.
The driver of the Camaro
sustained moderate injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Johnson was also hospitalized before being arrested on suspicion of DUI.
No additional information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
