Vista, California (February 10, 2020) – A pedestrian who died after being hit by a car in Vista, San Diego, on February 2, has been identified.
According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office,
the victim was 43-year-old Brian Wayne Conner.
Mr. Conner was in his wheelchair and crossing Vista Village Drive at Wave Drive at about 12:20 a.m. when he was hit by a car, the California Highway Patrol said.
Brian Conner was pronounced
dead at the scene.
The motorist, who fled the scene, was last spotted traveling
northbound on Vista Village Drive.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
