2 Killed in DUI Car Crash at Howard Street and Ramona Avenue in Montclair, San Bernardino

Montclair, California (February 9, 2020) – Two people were killed and two others were seriously injured in a suspected DUI car accident that happened on Saturday night in Montclair, San Bernardino.

The fatal accident was reported at around 10:30 p.m. February 8, at the intersection of Howard Street and Ramona Avenue.

Montclair police said an SUV and a sedan collided for unknown reasons still under investigation.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two adults who were riding inside the sedan died in the crash.

A 5-year-old boy who was also riding in the sedan was rushed to an area hospital in a critical condition.

A 32-year-old Garden Grove man in the second vehicle was also hospitalized in critical condition.

The authorities closed the intersection for several hours to allow for examination of the scene.

Although an investigation is ongoing, the authorities believe impairment was a factor in the accident.
