Marilyn McKillian Killed in San Bernardino Pedestrian Accident on Arrowhead Avenue


San Bernardino, California (February 7, 2020) – 64-year-old Marilyn McKillian of San Bernardino has been identified as the woman who was fatally struck by a suspected hit-and-run driver on Wednesday afternoon in San Bernardino.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at about 3:23 p.m. February 5, on N. Arrowhead Avenue near Baseline Street.

A white tractor-trailer was traveling westbound on Baseline Street and was turning onto Arrowhead Avenue when it struck McKillian, who was riding her motorized wheelchair across Arrowhead Avenue.

McKillian was pronounced dead at the scene by the to the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office.

The driver of the tractor-trailer fled the scene and was yet to be located.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
