1 Injured in Car Accident at Old Castle Road and Lilac Road in Valley Center


Valley Center, California (February 7, 2020) – One person was injured in a car accident that happened on Thursday evening in Valley Center.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 6:05 p.m. near the intersection of Old Castle and Lilac roads.

A pickup truck and a second vehicle were involved in the accident.

Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, the pickup truck is reported to have caught fire after the collision.

The authorities said at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
