San Francisco, California (February 6, 2020) – A motorcycle
police officer was injured in a collision with a car on Wednesday afternoon in
According to the California Highway Patrol, the
accident happened on Mission Street near Fifth Street at about 1:35 p.m.
The driver of a black Toyota is reported to have made a U-turn in front of the motorcyclist.
The unidentified officer was injured in the accident
and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
No other information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
