Kearny Mesa, California (February 6, 2020) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision involving a semi-truck in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, on Thursday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident
happened at about 5 a.m. on State Route 163 near State Route 52.
The authorities said a pickup truck was traveling on the roadway when it crashed into the rear of a semi-truck that was towing an oversized load.
The impact of the collision
caused the pickup truck to overturn onto its side in the middle lanes.
A gray sedan was also involved in
the accident.
As per the report, the drivers sustained
minor injuries.
No additional information was
provided.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
