Susanville, California (February 6, 2020) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a pedestrian who
died after being hit by a car in Susanville on January 6th.
According to a report
by the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened at
about 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Main Street and Mesa Street.
Danyell Louise Bailey, 36, was walking near the intersection and was hit by a car.
The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office said
Bailey was killed in the accident.
Information about the motorist was not
An investigation into the fatal pedestrian accident is ongoing.
