Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Car at Avalon Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington, Los Angeles


Wilmington, California (February 6, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in the Wilmington area of Los Angeles on Thursday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened in the area of Avalon Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway at about 6:15 a.m.

A pedestrian was reportedly walking in the area and was hit by a car.

The unidentified pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

No additional information about the accident was provided.
