1 Injured in Car Crash on Highway 70 near Ophir Road in Oroville, Butte County


Butte County, California (January 31, 2020) – Two people were injured in a car accident that occurred in Oroville, Butte County, on Friday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 2 p.m. January 31, on Highway 70 near Ophir Road.

Five vehicles including a truck that was pulling a trailer were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.

At least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
