Temecula, California (January
31, 2020) – A
motorcyclist who died after being struck by a big rig in Temecula on Thursday
evening has been identified.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau identified the
victim as 34-year-old Jason Dreyer of Hemet.
According to the California
Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Temecula Parkway near Anza Road at
about 6:30 p.m. January 30.
Dreyer was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound on state Route 79 when he drifted into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer driven by a 48-year-old Escondido man.
Mr. Jason Dreyer was killed in the accident.
No other information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
