Galt, California (January 28, 2020) – 20-year-old Charlie Mosqueda and 33-year-old Antonio Mosqueda both of Mexico were killed in a big rig crash that happened on Tuesday morning in Galt, Sacramento.

The deadly accident was reported at around 7 a.m. January 28, on the northbound side of Highway 99 between Twin Cities Road and Ayers Lane.

According to the CHP, the accident involved several vehicles, including a FedEx semi-truck and a pickup truck

Paramedics responded to the incident and confirmed both Antonio Mosqueda and Charlie Mosqueda dead at the scene.

Police said it was not immediately identified if the two men were related.

Antonio Mosqueda left behind his wife, Gladis Barrera, while Charlie Mosqueda is survived by his parents, Heriberto and Maria Mosqueda

No injuries were reported.

The CHP is investigating the accident.
