Major Injury Head-On Collision on West Manning Avenue in Fresno

1 Seriously Injured in Fresno Car Accident on Manning Avenue near Chateau Avenue


Fresno, California (January 25, 2020) – One person sustained major injuries in a head-on collision that happened on West Manning Avenue near South Chateau Avenue in Fresno on Friday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Nissan Altima and a blue Honda Civic collided head-on on the roadway for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to one person who had sustained major injuries in the accident.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The authorities closed West Manning Avenue at South Chateau Avenue to facilitate examination of the scene.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
