Fresno, California (January 25, 2020) – A man who was killed in a pedestrian accident in Fresno on
Monday, January 6, in Fresno has been identified as 80-year-old Larry Raven.
According to the California
Highway Patrol, Larry Raven was walking on North Bunkerhill Drive near East
Ticonderoga Drive and was hit by a Ford F-250 truck that was backing out of a
Mr. Raven sustained serious
injuries and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center where he died while
The motorist, 42-year-old Vernardo Orgeta was arrested after the accident.
It is reported that the California Highway Patrol will refer multiple
charges including misdemeanor manslaughter to the Fresno County District
