Bakersfield, California (January 24, 2020) – The identity of a man who was killed in a car
accident in Bakersfield on Saturday has been disclosed.
According to the California
Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Frontage and Fairfax roads on January
The authorities said 39-year-old Jose Chuca was driving a car on the roadway when he collided with a semi-truck for unknown reasons.
Mr. Chuca, a resident of
Bakersfield, was sustained serious injuries and was taken to Kern
Medical where he died while undergoing treatment
No other information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
